Hi everyone! I know it has been a long time since I updated on xanga. sorry. I have a facebook now which is a lot easier to maintain.
I've had a good summer and the few times that I got down to the QC was really nice.
School is starting up again next week. I'm excited about my last year, but nervous about applying to colleges. It will be a busy year.
Hope to see you all soon.

Game day

Today was the historic first game ever of the Cono High school girls  soccer game and.............................We lost!! But that's o.k. The score was, I believe, 5-0. The other team was quite nice to us though. I think we learned a lot. (Besides the fact that playing on a windy cold day at Cono is insane) Presently I am icing my soar muscles and now that I think of it, I really need get to my homework. Yeah. I spent a really long time eating my sack supper at Leah's partly because I was tired and partly because walking from her house to mine with the-wind-that-never-stops-blowing-at-Cono was not something I was looking forward to. And now, I am going to get off and do what I am suppose to be doing. I will try to update later.
Oh, I got my job assignment(everybody has jobs here) and I get to put away books in the library. Yeah! I love it.
O.k. now I am going. Bye!!!! Love you all so very much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry I missed the missionary conference this weekend. It has always been a blessed time and I can't wait to hear about it.
School is keeping me very busy and I'm trying to learn how to get everything done with a busy Cono schedule and soccer. Speaking of soccer, we have our first game on Thursday! YIKES! Against North Scott. And yes that is the North Scott you all know. you see, Cono has a reputation for its soccer and even though this is the first year for highschool girls soccer and we've only been playing for a week, we fall under that reputation and are playing very experienced teams. I guess towards the beginning of Cono they had one of the few soccer teams around and they were really good so they played against teams on the college level. We are going to get creamed on Thursday but hopefully it won't be too painful.
Yesterday we had soccer practice and everyone was tired of every-day practices so we got really excited when we had to go home because of a tornado watch. There wasn't a tornado though.
Alright, I need to go do something else. Miss you all

First Soccer Practice

Soccer started today. Yeah, This is going to be a long season. I am so out of shape and bad at running so please pray for perseverance for me. My face is super red right now from just the short practice we had. Of course I am trying to fix it by eating a bowl of ice cream! Ah!! I miss you Josie.
Today was my first day back to school. It went pretty well. I have some catching up to do in some classes so my back pack is heavy tonight.
Our trip to covenant went well. It is really beautiful down there and I'm glad I got to see all my friends. Fiddler on the Roof was really good too. I have a visit for Hillsdale scheduled for April and if you would all pray that if it's the Lord's will transportation situations would be worked out. I really need something to compare Covenant to and I'm really interested in Hillsdale. K. Walters is going there and I just found out that another one of my good friends is going there too.
I miss you all so very much and I'm thinking of you all.
Love from Cono
